How do I get a refund
instead of a credit?
You can request a refund by going to My Account > Credit & Refunds
Refunds will be processed via EFT method directly to your bank account with regards to your order(s). However, you will be required to provide us with your banking details.
Once your refund request has been processed, funds may take 3–5 business days to reflect in your account and are subject to your bank's processing times.
Why is my refund taking so long?
Refunds are usually processed within 3-5 working days, depending on your bank's processing time.
If you have not received your refund in due course, please do not hesitate to log a call on our website or alternatively, please send an email stating your request.
